Inspector Team Lead (Quality/Manufacturing) Position Overview

We are seeking an Inspector Team Lead to support and help lead our inspection team in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands‑on quality control, inspection, and team support role focused on keeping inspections organized, identifying quality issues, documenting results, and communicating concerns to leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support inspectors to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform inspections and monitor inspection activities for quality and consistency.
  • Identify, document, and communicate quality issues and concerns.
  • Review and maintain inspection records, reports, and documentation.
  • Use blueprints, technical drawings, and inspection tools to verify product requirements.
  • Support calibration and proper use of inspection equipment.
  • Assist with quality-control procedures, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate production and quality concerns to supervisors and management.
  • Use Excel, Word, and Outlook for reporting, documentation, and communication.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Previous experience in quality control, inspection, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with inspection tools, calibration, and quality-control procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
