Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to follow and provide directions.
Actively participate in weekly safety meetings (Tool Box Talks)
Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times.
Report to the assigned job site in proper work attire ready to begin work at the designated start time.
Strict adherence to all Safety Practices & Procedures.
Strict adherence to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the book of company policies.
Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses using various analytical instruments and techniques.
Prepare and standardize chemical solutions, reagents, and samples according to established protocols.
Maintain accurate records of experimental data, observations, and results.
Assist in the calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain clean lab working area after completion of job tasks and dispose of debris properly.
Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Ability to work with general tools and build prototypes with minimal supervision
Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Ability to stand for long periods of time with regular stretch breaks
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
Job Requirements
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Vision abilities required by this job include color, close, and distance vision, as well as peripheral, depth, and focus perception vision.
This position requires walking, standing, sitting, bending, twisting, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, crouching, and lifting.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
Must be able to carry, lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs without assistance
