Position Summary

The Quality Control Inspector I will be supporting the Quality Control Manager is determining that the products shipped to our Distribution Center are conforming to test and customer requirements. This position reports to the Quality Control Manager.

Key Responsibilities

โ€ข Responsible for ensuring the quality of finished goods that are shipped to the distribution center.

โ€ข Visually inspect fabric, dimensions, and construction of garments to ensure they are conforming to test and customer requirements.

โ€ข Record inspection data and segregate non-conforming goods from conforming goods.

โ€ข Follow through on disposition of non-conforming goods and execute any corrective actions as required by management.

โ€ข Execute inline inspections and other quality measures as needed.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

โ€ข 2+ years experience in manufacturing or related field, preferably apparel or textiles.

โ€ข Demonstrated knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control of sewn goods and hard goods.

โ€ข Ability to conduct tests and inspections of products to evaluate the quality of manufactured goods.

โ€ข Ability to use a variety of specialized tools and measuring devices.

โ€ข Competency with the Microsoft Office software suite
