Schedule: Monday–Friday (with flexibility for production needs)

Overview
Join our dynamic quality assurance team as a Quality Control Inspector and play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, precision, and compliance. In this energetic role, you will be the frontline guardian of quality, meticulously inspecting components and finished goods to uphold our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems.
  • Utilize advanced measurement tools including coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify dimensional accuracy and conformance to specifications.
  • Perform quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for review and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions aligned with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP protocols.
