Job description

Quality Inspector 
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Quality Inspector for a company based in Fountain inn, SC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop valuable experience in manufacturing, quality control, and automotive production. 

Pay Rate 
$14.50-$17.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours 
  Monday–Friday: Available for 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts 
  Saturdays: 1st or 3rd shift available; 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts available

Quality Inspector Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections of automotive parts and components. 
  • Identify defects such as scratches, dents, cracks, chips, missing components, discoloration, or other quality issues.
  •  Compare parts to customer specifications, blueprints, and quality standards.
  • Sort and separate acceptable and nonconforming parts.
  • Closely always follow safety regulations and guidelines. 
Quality Inspector Qualifications and Requirements
  • Previous experience in quality inspection, manufacturing or automotive production 
  • Ability to recognize product defects and maintain a high level of accuracy. 
  • Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and operating instructions to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment in tight spaces and navigate busy warehouse environments.
