Job Summary:
B. Braun is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector II to support our quality operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will perform inspections, audits, testing, and documentation activities that help ensure products meet regulatory, customer, and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections, testing, and sampling of raw materials, components, subassemblies, and finished products.
  • Verify products meet established quality specifications and acceptance criteria.
  • Document inspection and testing results accurately and maintain quality records.
  • Review batch records and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Identify, segregate, and support disposition of non-conforming materials.
  • Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
  • Coordinate calibration activities for inspection and testing equipment.Assist with creating and updating inspection procedures, protocols, and checklists.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain product quality and compliance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality organization.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Inspection, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow procedures and work instructions.
  • Basic computer and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in both manufacturing and office environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree or technical degree.
  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar industry).
  • Industry or quality-related certifications.
  • Experience reviewing production documentation or batch records.
Working Conditions

This position is primarily onsite and requires regular, predictable attendance. The role involves working in a manufacturing and office environment, with occasional exposure to production equipment and manufacturing processes. Employees may be required to lift up to 20 pounds and perform activities including standing, walking, sitting, and reaching throughout the workday.

Hourly Range: $22.50 - $23.17 plus shift differential
