Job Summary:

This position requires a strong understanding of quality control measures and the ability to utilize various precision measuring instruments. Will be responsible for conducting failure analysis and test equipment Troubleshooting, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers and vision inspection systems, to assess product quality.

· Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.

· Participate in quality audits and assist in maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 compliance.

· Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.

· Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities.

· Ensure compliance with Quality Control Standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

· Document and report defects to Engineering Teams and Managers.

Requirements:

· BS degree in Electrical or Electronic Technology

· Knowledge in Electronic and Digital Circuit analysis

· Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, LCR meters, and other quality inspection tools.

· Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for data collection and analysis.

· Writing reports or working with databases to collect information for post-mortem failure analysis.

· Background in circuit fault analysis, electrical diagram interpretation, and state diagrams. Provides reports with root causes and suggested solutions.

· Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective reporting of findings.
