Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure first pass quality by testing samples of incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
  • Perform laboratory analysis using a variety of instrumentation such as: XRD, ICP-OES, XRF, Titrators, pH Meters, Adsorption Analyzers, Balances, etc.
  • Ensure data is reported to production in a timely manner and quality excursions are escalated immediately.
  • Assist in root cause analysis investigations and support continuous improvement efforts by analyzing quality data and recommending process enhancements.

  • Ability to read and understand complex analytical procedures in order to perform all required testing in the assigned area.
  • Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office Products.
  • Working familiarity of laboratory fundamentals and quality assurance practices.
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds and climb ladders and stairs.
