Job description

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Inspector to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet rigorous quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. Your expertise will help maintain our reputation for excellence within the aerospace manufacturing sector by conducting thorough inspections, audits, and compliance checks throughout the production process.


Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measurement tools and visual assessment techniques.
  • Understands and complies with SPI's
  • Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing rework and waste; inputting data into the quality database.
  • Calibration
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.


Skills/Qualifications

  • 1-5 years’ experience as an inspector in Aerospace or similar industry
  • Analyzing Information, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures.
  • Knowledge of GD&T beneficial
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills, analytical and shop math skills
