Job description

Looking for a new job?  Kelly Services has partnered with a premier manufacturing company that is located in Winsted, CT.  Looking for several Quality Inspectors. We have 1st and 2nd shifts available
Quality Inspector -     
  1. Sample lots per sampling plan
  2. Process product for inspection per specification
  3. Assure applicable inspection equipment is in calibration before use
  4. Assure solution expiration dates are valid when required and applicable materials are identified clearly with HMIS labels.
  5. Maintain tank and solutions, including testing, correcting, retesting and changing
  6. Perform compliance review of solution test results
  7. Maintain test equipment, accessories and standards
  8. Visually inspect product per work instructions
  9. Perform post-etch bake operation per requirements
  10. Report inspection results clearly and accurately
  11. Identify and segregate and initiate Discrepancy Reports for nonconforming product
  12. Perform and record effectivity test of solutions as required
  13. Comply with stamp control procedures
  14. Contact QA or supervision to report equipment problems or suspect process results
  15. Assure lot and sample traceability
  16. Plot results on control charts when required
  17. Read new and revised specifications when mandated
  18. Maintain acid neutralization skid, document activity and collect/submit monthly samples
Experience is required 
Hours per this Quality Inspector position are on 1st and 2nd shifts available 
Pay for this Quality Inspector positions paying  21.00  to 22.50 per hour
