Quality Control

Position
The Quality Control (QC) Inspector performs finalinspections and detailing of service trucks prior to delivery. This roleensures completed upfits meet company standards, customer expectations, andsafety requirements. This is an entry-level position with training provided forcandidates who are detail-oriented and eager to learn.


Responsibilities
Conduct final inspections on completed service truck upfits.
Verify installations meet work orders, specifications, and company standards.
Inspect electrical, mechanical, and structural components for quality and completeness.
Identify defects, missing components, or incomplete work and report findings.
Complete inspection checklists and documentation accurately.
Perform basic detailing, including cleaning and preparing trucks for delivery.
Confirm all tools, accessories, and equipment are properly installed and secured.
Work with technicians and supervisors to correct quality issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
