Job Description

The Quality Control Inspector validates manufactured parts against engineering drawings and quality management standards to ensure products meet strict specifications. This role focuses on identifying and documenting non-conformances, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating closely with quality and engineering teams. The inspector works in a hands-on warehouse environment, performing detailed inspections of automotive components while contributing to a culture of safety, precision, and process excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Validate parts against engineering drawings and the quality management system to ensure they meet all specifications and standards.
  • Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections using tools such as calipers and other measuring equipment.
  • Record clear, accurate, and complete non-conformance reports, ensuring all findings are properly documented and traceable.
  • Follow established standards, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing continuous improvement initiatives and quality issue investigations to help identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Seek opportunities to improve, streamline, and re-invent work processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Provide support to all quality departments as required, contributing to cross-functional quality assurance activities.

Work Environment
