What You'll Do
  • Inspect and verify raw materials, packaging components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and customer specifications.
  • Identify, isolate, document, and escalate non-conforming materials while partnering with Production and Quality leadership to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Monitor and verify critical food safety and quality controls, including code dates, scale calibrations, metal detection systems, sanitation checks, and production documentation.
  • Support compliance with FSMA, HACCP, traceability, and regulatory requirements through accurate recordkeeping and verification activities.
  • Participate in incident investigations, corrective actions, environmental monitoring programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train and coach production team members on quality standards, food safety procedures, and documentation accuracy.
What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two or more years of manufacturing experience preferred, ideally within food, beverage, or ingredient manufacturing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a commitment to quality and food safety standards.
