MUST HAVE A CLEAN MVR AND VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND 2 YEARS OF DRIVING EXPERIENCE

Position Overview: The purpose of the Car Wash Supervisor is to lead and develop a team dedicated to delivering clean, dry, and shiny vehicles to customers in a safe, efficient, and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain the quality of the wash by monitoring processes and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Team Development: Develop the skills and capabilities of the location team to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.

Key Activities:

  • Employee Management: Mentor, redirect, and coach employees to ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
  • Quality Control: Maintain quality control of vehicles coming out of the bay, intervening as needed to address any issues.
  • Hands-on Support: Provide hands-on support as needed, including assisting in quality control and production of cars.
  • Traffic Management: Maintain proper stacking of cars in lanes and ensure efficient flow through the wash process.
  • Team Optimization: Adjust team size and assignments as needed to match volume and optimize efficiency.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure all cars are delivered to the quality control area promptly, only when fully finished and ready to present to the customer.
