THE ROLE

In this role, the Structural Engineer will provide a detailed body of knowledge that can accurately predict the performance of different shapes and materials used in structures to resist loads and stresses on those structures. This is performed through technical design, calculation, and analysis to make sure that the vertical structures we build are safe, stable, and don't collapse under applied loads. These responsibilities include:

  • Working with clients to understand their vision and scope of the project.
  • Understanding detailed project specifications to design the "bones" and load-bearing elements of a project.
  • Leverage design software such as AutoCAD or RIVIT.
  • Ensure precise calculations, analysis, and safety in project design through meticulous attention to detail.
  • Provide structural engineering expertise, support, and work cross-functionally with other engineering disciplines, architects, and stakeholders.

"As employee-owners, we don't just work here, we grow here. Together, we take on challenging projects, support one another, and create opportunities to thrive. Our culture empowers every team member to find success—professionally and financially—while building something greater than themselves." - Arian Bloomfield, President/CEO
