POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
The QC/QA Lead - Custodial/Landscape provides oversight and management of custodial and landscape O&M quality assurance functions in large facilities. This role sets standards, develops processes, and ensures compliance with service contracts and best practices.
  1. Quality Program Leadership:
    • Develop, implement, and manage QC/QA programs for custodial and landscape operations.
    • Prepare and maintain method statements and documentation.
  2. Compliance & Process Improvement:
    • Oversee compliance with cleaning and landscaping standards.
    • Audit and evaluate performance; implement corrective actions.
  3. Reporting:
    • Maintain clear documentation of audits, corrective actions, and team performance.
  4. Working Conditions:
    • Role is split between office work and on-site facility inspections.
    • Occasional after-hours oversight.
  5. Physical Requirements:
    • Must be able to inspect facility interior/exterior environments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a facilities management discipline.
• Minimum fifteen (15) years in major industrial or construction project QC/QA roles.
• Minimum five (5) years as a QC/QA Lead.
• In-depth knowledge of custodial and landscape O&M standards.
