RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As an Accounts Payable Associate your primary responsibility is to support our Accounts Payable Department
  • Match invoices to purchase orders
  • Complete data entry in Sage
  • Investigate discrepancies with invoices and purchase orders and resolve issues by communicating with vendors and QLS locations
  • Respond to vendor inquiries
  • Process checks and ACH payments
  • Set up new vendors in our system
  • Request W-9s from vendors when required
  • Assist with phone coverage
  • Assist with other projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Accounts Payable experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Long Term Care, Personal Care, and Independent Living relating to AP/AR preferred
  • Experience with Sage preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • High School Diploma or GED
