What You'll Do


Own and maintain calibration programs and procedures to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
Identify, document, and track defects, nonconformities, and quality events, ensuring clear visibility and resolution
Analyze quality metrics and data trends to uncover root causes and drive meaningful process improvements
Conduct internal audits and support supplier audits to verify adherence to quality requirements
Partner with Manufacturing Technology, Production, and cross functional teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions
Maintain accurate and compliant quality documentation, including procedures, standards, and policies
Investigate and respond to customer quality complaints, supporting corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities
Deliver training and guidance on quality processes, tools, and updated standards
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials and services meet quality expectations
Stay current on industry standards, regulations, and best practices to continuously strengthen the QMS


What You Bring

  • Education: Associate degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field
  • Experience: 2-5 years in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment
