STANDARD EXPECTATIONS:

Performs Duties Efficiently and Effectively
• Follows procedures.
• Acts in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performs satisfactory exams.
• Uses two (2) patient identifiers when greeting patients.
• Has knowledge and use of ALARA principles.
• Reconciles images and paperwork in PACS.
• Cleans patient care equipment and surfaces.
• Uses PPE properly.
• Communicates effectively with staff and patients.
• Works with Leads and radiologists to meet department needs.
• Completes QA and QC as needed.
• Stock supplies and notifies Leads if supplies are needed.
• Schedules patients and provides preps as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• ARRT (R)(M)
• WA DOH Radiologic Technologist Certification
• AHA BLS certified within 30 days of hire and maintain while employed
• Associate's degree or higher
• 1+ year of Mammography experience
