Position Overview:
Are you ready to make an impact and be part of something big? We're seeking a talented Production Associate to join our production team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in producing and shipping innovative, high-quality photographic products using various methods and techniques. Join us to help make memories!
What You'll Do:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: (100% of time)
Perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures and guidelines.
Identify and report unsafe practices to the Supervisor immediately.
Identify and report problems concerning equipment and materials.
Maintain documentation for production-related activities for reference purposes
Performs quality assurance
Stay up-to-date with production processes and client divisions.
Knowledgeable and able to follow lean manufacturing concepts
Performs inspections and sign-off on quality control issues (Tier 2 in Checkpoint). Has access to customer orders and databases.
Possesses authorization level (e.g., place on hold, check for quality issues, communicate to management)
Assists in the workflow: moderating the production flow (e.g., assigns workflow activities and delegates production instructions)
Handles higher complexity tasks, such as maintaining and repairing equipment and changing paper (Advanced Level II)
Performs VIP-specific workflow handling (Advanced Level II)
Certified for specific machines(internal or external certification)
Trains Level 1 employees
