What You Will Be Doing

Helping Customers and Keeping It Compliant

Greet every customer with a friendly and professional attitude. Check and scan IDs accurately and consistently. Make sure every interaction is safe, compliant, and aligned with expectations.

Talking Products and Driving Sales

Help customers find products that fit their needs and preferences. Stay up to date on products, effects, and promotions. Suggest add ons when it makes sense and enhances the experience. Support store goals such as AOV, UPT, and overall customer satisfaction.

Keeping the Store Looking Good

Restock and organize the sales floor. Keep displays clean, neat, and visually appealing. Help maintain a space that feels welcoming and well put together.

Supporting Inventory and Accuracy

Assist with inventory counts and audits. Help check in deliveries and verify products and quantities. Follow processes to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.

Being a Strong Teammate

Maintain a positive and respectful environment. Step in where needed and support the team. Help create a workplace people enjoy being part of.

Total Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay
$17.00 per hour Approximately 40 hours per week
Estimated annual base pay of $35,360

Additional Earnings

Tips average around $4 per hour, approximately $8,320 per year
