Job Title: Loader / Quality Control Associate

Pay Rate: $23.50 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time

Shifts Available: 1st Shift varies

                            2nd Shift varies

Monday -Thursday 10 hour days
Friday -Sunday 12 hour days

Job Responsibilities:

·       Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.

·       Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality, accuracy, and damage.

·       Verify shipments match packing slips, labels, and inventory records.

·       Maintain productivity while meeting daily performance goals.

·       Report damaged products, shortages, or discrepancies to supervisors.

·       Ensure products are packaged and prepared according to Amazon quality standards.

·       Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.

·       Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to meet operational deadlines.

·       Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

·       Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

·       Previous warehouse, loading, unloading, or quality control experience preferred but not required.

·       Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.

·       Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
