PRN/as-needed basis. What You'll Do✨ Partner with the Occupational Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans designed to help residents achieve their highest level of function✨ Guide and motivate residents through therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living, and functional mobility tasks✨ Encourage independence while helping residents build confidence in everyday skills✨ Monitor progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments and resident responses✨ Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive outcomes✨ Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and infection control practices✨ Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, resident-centered approach to care
What We're Looking For✔ Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program✔ Current state
licensure/certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant✔ Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience preferred—but new graduates are encouraged to apply✔ Passion for helping others achieve meaningful goals and improved quality of life
