About the role:
At Printful, we strive for quality in all we do, and our Production Team plays an important part in achieving that goal. That's why we're looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join us. In this position, you'll assist with our printing, shipping, packing, and other fulfillment needs, and you'll also be an essential part of managing our customer experience.
Your daily tasks will include:
  • Working closely with your teammates to move items efficiently through the production process to meet customer expectations and deadlines
  • Operating various equipment, like our state-of-the-art printer, which produces a high-quality and vibrant product in a more sustainable way
  • Learning the responsibilities of different workstations, such as Posters and Print, Mugs, Canvas, Stickers and Jewelry, to build up your skillset as a member of our team
  • Performing a quality control check on finished products to make sure all items are correct and meet our standards

In this role, we'll expect you to:
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Have a customer-centred approach to problem-solving
  • Stand and work in a fast-paced environment for 8 hours
