Job Title: Quality Control Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to ensure the highest standards in our products. The role involves checking process and finished products, conducting precise measurements, and reviewing color standards and seal strength. The associate will perform visual inspections and ruler measurements of pouches, ensuring they meet customer specifications as per job orders.

Responsibilities

  • Check in process and finished products.
  • Conduct measurements down to 1/64th of an inch.
  • Review products for color standards.
  • Test seal strength of products.
  • Perform visual inspection and ruler measurement of pouches.
  • Identify and communicate pouch quality discrepancies.
  • Complete required labeling and paperwork.
  • Pack finished products in bundles for shipping.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in quality control or lab testing.
  • Proficiency in visual inspection and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of GMP and quality control inspection standards.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits
