Job description

Job Summary

The Modular Selector is responsible for accurately selecting and packing products based on modular specifications and store-specific order sequences. This role supports the efficiency of product delivery and shelf stocking through precise product selection. The Modular Selector ensures quality, safety, and accuracy in all aspects of their work. Primary Responsibilities

  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols while handling shipments. Report hazards or incidents to management immediately.
  • Product Selection & Accuracy: Select products in accordance with modular instructions and customer requirements. Use RF scanner systems to track product movement and maintain order accuracy.
  • WCF Order Fulfillment: Selecting and packing product for online and customer orders.
  • Inventory Control & Communication: Report product shortages, damages, or mis-picks to supervisors or inventory control. Assist with general inventory audits or counts as directed.
  • Quality Control: Inspect goods for damages or discrepancies and report issues to the appropriate department. Process returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the receiving area.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized assigned work area at all times during your scheduled shift.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with RF scanners and picking systems is advantageous.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following established safety protocols at all times.
