POSITION: Quality Control Technician
FULL-TIME/PART-TIME: Full Time

LOCATION: Bothell, WA
React Health is a fast-paced, growth-driven manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment, dedicated to supporting patients, caregivers, physicians, and healthcare providers. With a focus on respiratory and sleep health sectors, we offer a comprehensive range of products and services across acute care, non-acute care, and home medical equipment. By integrating manufacturing and distribution, React Health addresses the needs of both undiagnosed individuals and those requiring therapy after diagnosis, particularly within the sleep and respiratory care sectors.
GENERAL SUMMARY
As a Quality Control Technician, you will ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards by performing inspections, testing, and final acceptance checks before they reach customers. It also involves troubleshooting issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and partnering with teams like engineering and manufacturing to resolve quality concerns and improve processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum two years in a quality/technical position assisting with product maintenance and/or customer service.
  • Minimum two-year technical degree and/or industry related work experience/training
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Fast Learner and self-motivated
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure

Physical Demands

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Performing Final Acceptance activities to ensure the service process is followed on all service devices.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inspections and testing, preparing reports on findings, and documenting potential issues or corrective actions.
  • Setting up, calibrating, and maintaining testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Working with other teams (manufacturing, engineering, etc.) to identify and resolve quality issues, and providing training on quality procedures.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement efforts by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting process changes.
  • The Quality Control Technician will serve as an integral part of the team that is performing technical service and customer support to our customers.
  • Attends and participates in departmental meetings.
  • Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence.
  • Ensures all department compliance guidelines are met.
  • Follow evidence base standards of medical care through adherence to existing policies and procedures.
  • Attends all meetings, in-services training, or continuing education as delegated by the supervisor.
  • Provides customer focused interactions.
  • Performs all duties necessary for the department as per department policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor within the scope of practice and the responsibilities in the department.
