Your work environment at EXP
In this role you will be a part of the infrastructure group in the Northeast market. We are an entrepreneurial, multidisciplinary firm of approximately 5,000 professionals across North America with a history of successfully delivering some of the most complex infrastructure projects across North America.  We are currently looking to grow and enhance our transit, rail control systems, structural, roadway, and tunneling practices.
What a day at EXP has in store for you

  • Coordinates the electronic, printing, and/or distribution process for engineering drawings and documents.
  • Performs basic system maintenance and access requests.
  • Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents.
  • Organize and set up new projects with approved directories with appropriate security levels.
  • Work with Project Managers, Engineering Managers, and Engineering teams to structure document and submittal logs with the proper reviewers/approvers and due dates.
  • Monitor and follow up on past due document and submittal deliverables.
    Produce weekly and monthly information / document management reports.
    Perform other administrative functions as required.

The pay range for this role is $50,000 to $80,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
