The QA Supervisor partners closely with Production and plant leadership to balance throughput goals with food safety requirements, leading root cause investigations and corrective actions when issues arise. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong regulatory knowledge, sound independent judgment, and the coaching skills to build a strong QA team.
