Job description

Our client, a leading healthcare technology and medical devices company, is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the Quality, Operations, and Training Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Covington, GA
Pay Range: $19.00/hour

What's the Job?
  • Perform quality assurance evaluations using Microsoft Forms and other quality monitoring tools.
  • Monitor interactions and processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
  • Track, analyze, and report quality metrics while maintaining detailed documentation.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and service quality.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with management and training teams.
What's Needed?
  • Minimum 2 years of Quality Assurance, auditing, or related experience (non-warehouse environment).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Windows 10.
  • Experience evaluating performance metrics, scorecards, or quality standards.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
