Job description

Overview:

Are you looking for an exciting seasonal opportunity? Primo Brands is looking for a Seasonal QA Coordinator to support customer demand. This role is full-time during our “busy season,” which may vary from year to year. Factory Location: Hot Springs, AR
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Schedule may vary based on business and operational needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight, training, and development for QA policies and activities.
  • Provide plant-level leadership for QA initiatives and audits.
  • Develop, write, and review SOPs to ensure they remain current and are followed.
  • Investigate and document incidents and communicate key learnings.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Analyze, investigate, and report consumer and customer complaints.
  • Facilitate PWS and New York compliance reporting.
    Coordinate audits and corrective actions to prevent nonconformances.
  • Consult with all departments to provide expertise and support compliance with standards, processes, and permits.
    Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Production, and Warehouse teams to maximize results.
  • Facilitate changes and activities that support Primo Brands Continuous Excellence (BCE) and the pursuit of TPM.
    Assist QA leadership with company quality initiatives and local quality audits.
  • Ensure compliance and recordkeeping for all required quality checks, testing, sampling, and sanitation activities.
  • Manage budgeting, purchasing, and inventory for plant operating supplies, including filters, chemicals, and laboratory supplies.
  • Utilize continuous improvement methodologies and projects to enhance and streamline quality processes.
  • Ensure plant compliance with good hygiene practices, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and HACCP requirements.
  • Communicate new quality programs as needed and facilitate or support training for plant personnel.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry operational experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement principles and processes.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and related quality activities.
  • Ability to work a schedule that may vary, as our facilities operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet operational needs.
