QA/VI Operator
Pay Rate: $20.00 /hour
Temp to Hire
9AM - 5:30PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform visual inspections at various production stages.
  • Check semi-finished, and finished products for quality compliance.
  • Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to verify specifications.
  • Record visual inspection and manual correction results and maintain quality documentation.
  • Identify defects, deviations, or non-conforming products.
  • Inform production engineer of quality issues.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions to ensure product quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow safety guidelines.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience (Quality/Engineering preferred).
  • 2-3 years experience in QA/QC/IPQC position in manufacturing plants (electronics, consumer electronics, food processing, pharmaceutical, etc. fields) preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of quality control principles.
  • Ability to read drawings, specifications, and inspection reports.
  • Familiarity with measuring instruments.
  • Attention to detail and good observation skills.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation.
  • Strong communication, comprehension and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
