Custodial Services works to eliminate distractions in a safe and efficient manner by keeping assigned areas in clean, sanitized, and orderly condition. Quality Assurance Inspectors help provide an objective evaluation to the cleanliness standard being met in all the buildings that HQF Custodial Services is responsible for. This will help management provide consistent and regular feedback to supervisors, employees, and customers.

Shift Details:
  • Monday-Friday 40 hours/week - Hours may vary. Core hours are 7:00am-3:30pm
  • Location: Church Headquarters and Surrounding Area/Buildings and other HQF Facilities.
  • This is a full-time benefitted position.
  • Compensation: $24+/hour Depending on education and experience.

**Please Note: This position does not qualify for students required to work on the Ensign College Campus.**
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and conduct planned and scheduled building audits/inspections of all existing and new HQF spaces to ensure consistency of cleaning standards and that service levels are being met throughout the Custodial Services department.
  • Analyze and synthesize data generated from Quality Assurance initiatives and provide detail reports on the outcome of custodial model.
  • Administer survey(s) to custodial customers and may maintain additional database to support the overall mission of the Custodial Services department.
  • In conjunction with Custodial Services management team, will coordinate training for supervisors to support inspections within the Custodial Services department.
  • Assist with identifying and the implementing systems and methods for maintaining a departmental focus on the importance of performance excellence.
  • Work with team of QA Inspector
  • Communicate findings and inspections with Custodial Services management and supervisors.
  • Collaborate with Staffing Services team to identify potential training needs
  • Operation of Church-owned vehicle.
  • Perform inspections with the use of electronic devices or tablets.
  • Other duties to support Custodial Services operations as assigned.

Qualifications
2 years quality assurance experience or experience in performance evaluation, preferably in a custodial environment.
Preferred experience in HQF custodial processes and procedures.
2 year post high school education preferred.
Requires the physical ability to be on your feet for 6-8 hours/day.
Drivers License required
Knowledge and aptitude to use electronic devices to record inspections and process reports
Preferred understanding of HQF custodial practices, processes and cleaning standards.
Proficient in written and oral communication
Ability to communicate with entry level staff up to senior management
Ability to work in teams without direct supervision.
