Position Summary The Quality Assurance & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring material quality, accuracy, and availability across the supply chain. This role supports QA/QC inspections, shipping and logistics administration, vendor coordination, inventory management, and on-site vendor verification of parts and materials. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to travel to supplier locations to confirm compliance with specifications and purchase requirements.

Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)
  • Perform incoming material inspections to verify conformance with drawings, specifications, purchase orders, and quality standards.
  • Document inspection results, nonconformances, and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and engineering to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
Shipping & Logistics Administration
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and vendors.
  • Prepare and track shipping documents, packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery confirmations.
