Position Responsibilities: 

  • The Quality Assurance Manager drives corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing audit results and identifying the severity of the findings and supporting customers and business partners to maintain product integrity and trademarks

  • This role will establish relationships and collaborate effectively with external parties to create opportunities for the company to meet financial goals while maintaining relationships with peers to exchange feedback on product service issues, identifying and solving the problems

  • You will work with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and lead capital construction on high-profile projects using established procedures and new approaches 

  • You will also manage complex regulatory issues affecting products and ingredients by managing periods automatic replacement and material safety data sheets

  • The QA Manager will interact with government officials to represent the company or soft drink industry while explaining complex scientific data, reports or issues

  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience  and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of management experience 

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Master's degree
