The Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) is responsible for overseeing and managing the Quality Control Plan (QCP), ensuring all deliverables meet contract quality standards and performance thresholds.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee development and execution of the Quality Control Plan (QCP)
  • Monitor contractor performance against quality standards
  • Track and analyze quality metrics and performance trends
  • Identify risks and recommend corrective actions
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with PM and DPM to address deficiencies
  • Prepare quality performance reports and summaries
  • Ensure compliance with QA requirements and surveillance methods
  • Support deficiency identification and correction processes
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree OR three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Experience in quality management or quality assurance programs
  • Experience implementing Quality Control Plans (QCPs)
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

  • Experience with QA metrics tracking and reporting systems
