Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced QA Architect / QA Director to lead the quality engineering strategy, framework design, and delivery excellence across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end QA transformation, implement scalable automation frameworks, and ensure high-quality releases in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the overall QA strategy, roadmap, and best practices across multiple programs
  • Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks (UI, API, performance, and security testing)
  • Drive quality engineering transformation from manual to automation-first approach
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure quality at every stage
  • Establish and enforce QA governance, standards, and metrics (KPIs, SLAs)
  • Lead test planning, execution, defect management, and release validation
  • Implement CI/CD integration for automated testing pipelines
  • Mentor and manage QA teams, leads, and architects across multiple projects
  • Drive adoption of modern testing tools, AI/ML-based testing, and shift-left strategies
  • Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering, with leadership experience
  • Strong expertise in test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Rest Assured
  • Experience with API Testing, Microservices architecture, and distributed systems
  • Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
  • Experience in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
  • Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
