Job Overview:

Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright.
  • Experience designing and executing automation frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in test planning, estimation, defect management, and reporting.
  • Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, XRay.
  • Experience in Insurance Guidewire policy center.
  • Proven experience coordinating with onsite clients and offshore delivery teams.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive end-to-end QA activities for assigned projects.
  • Define and implement comprehensive Test Strategy, Test Plans, and QA processes.
  • Prepare and review test scenarios, test cases, and test data requirements.
  • Ensure test coverage across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  • Monitor test execution, defect management, and overall quality metrics.
  • Provide timely status reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium or Playwright; API Automation is an added advantage.
  • Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines and reporting tools.
  • Coordinate closely with client teams, business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
  • Participate in requirement discussions, sprint planning, and release planning activities.
  • Lead and coordinate activities of offshore QA teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes and automation.

Nice to Have:

  • 2+ years of Guidewire PolicyCenter testing experience.
  • Experience in Insurance domain projects.
  • Exposure to API testing and automation using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, Playwright API, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
