Job description

What is this role? 

As a QA Lead for Cirkul you will provide hands-on quality measurements and leadership in a high volume manufacturing setting. 

What does an average day look like? 


Driving Results: Perform document reviews of SOP's, batching records, testing methods (including tasting), and logbooks to ensure GMP activities are completed and documented.

Taking Ownership: Lead QA Technicians in daily activities and being a resource for the team. Following work orders, and quality control procedures.

Making Decisions: Approve and release laboratory data and reports.

Cultivating Relationships: Responsible for partnering with others, sharing knowledge, skills and information within the assigned team and across functional areas.

Instilling Trust: Report Food Safety and Quality issues, problems, deficiencies, errors, incidents, and/or opportunities to management and correct where possible.

Customer Focus: Participate in investigations into minor major root cause, corrective or preventive actions and impact to product safety, identity, strength, quality or purity.

Monday-Friday, 6:00AM - 2:30PM 

What background should you have? 

  • 1-2 years of experience in performing quality control process checks, enters data & results accurately.
  • Proficient in English, required. Bilingual in English & Spanish, preferred. 
  • Maintains a clean, organized and safe work area.
  • Specific in-depth knowledge of complex packaging equipment.
  • Extremely detail oriented with the ability to enter data accurately. 
  • Ability to follow directions, as well as, train and coach other team members.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Has the ability to do simple math
