The Opportunity
As an AI Quality Assurance Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Software and Product Innovation team, focusing on quality engineering to enhance software development and testing processes. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to deliver innovative software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving defects, optimizing performance, and enhancing user experience. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will contribute to the broader objectives of your projects and the overall strategy. The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
