Position Summary
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our Quality Department. This position is responsible for monitoring product quality and food safety throughout the manufacturing process by conducting laboratory testing, collecting production samples, verifying regulatory compliance, and ensuring all products meet established quality specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience working in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
Primary Responsibilities

  • erform routine product sampling and laboratory analysis on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

  • erform quality evaluation of incoming raw materials, including testing, inspection, and monitoring of bulk concentrate and sweetener deliveries to verify compliance with quality, food safety, and traceability requirements.

  • onduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing according to established procedures.

  • onitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements.

  • irect quality-related activities of personnel during batching, pasteurization, and production operations to ensure compliance with product specifications, food safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
