QA Coordinator
Job Description This position will assist the Quality Assurance Assistant manager by coordinating Quality Assurance department activities including Document Control, New Model Activity, Internal Audits, IATF activities along with other special Quality Improvement activities.
Essential Functions

* Communicate with YNA Customers amp; Suppliers
* Work with internal departments for document control purposes.
Requirements
Education: A 2-year degree, along with computer training, is preferred but not required.
Experience This position requires 2-3 years experience with Document Control including computer use for Word amp; Excel. Some supervisory experience would be helpful.
Skills Position requires IATF 16949 Internal Auditor Training, strong abilities with use of computers, Word, Excel, Outlook, photo processing. Necessary skills include: people skills, calculating, reasoning, analyzing, organizing and communicating. Position also requires; ability to read blueprints, understand metric system, use inspection tools, general knowledge of manufacturing processes, and self motivated.
Working Conditions This position requires the ability to work in a climate control office and noisy plant areas, walk on concrete floors, lift up to 20 pounds, perform repetitive keystrokes, use of small repair tools on a continual basis and occasionally stand, bend, kneel twist, and reach.
