Job Title: Plant Associate
Location: Comstock, MI
Shift: 1st shift
Salary: Starting Pay: $21.00/hr

At Quality Liquid Feeds, our philosophy is to hire the right people, place them in the right spot, and let them do their job. We are currently seeking a diligent and skilled Production Associate to join our dynamic team at our Comstock Park, MI Facility.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures.
  • Follow production schedules, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
  • Perform basic product inspections and quality checks.
  • Complete production or inventory records accurately.
  • Identify and report quality or compliance issues.
  • Follow all plant safety policies and company procedures.
  • Wear required PPE and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Participate in safety meetings and training.
  • Maintain cleanliness of production areas, equipment, and common spaces.
  • Assist with equipment cleaning.
  • Support basic facility upkeeps tasks as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members.
  • Assist during busy periods, downtime, or special projects.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Training is provided.
  • High school level reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
