R.S.M.C. Services on behalf of our client is hiring an Associate Dentist
The mission-oriented practice seeks an Associate Dentist. A large, multi-practice organization with a strong mission to provide quality dental care to underserved families is seeking General Dentist.
As a Dentist, you will be changing the lives of children and adults who often do not have access to affordable, quality dental care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality dental care with full team support.

  • Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units for diagnostics and treatment.

  • Perform procedures using fiber-optic handpieces and maintain compliance with annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.

  • Work alongside a strong clinical support team:

    • 1 Hygienist

    • 1 Hygiene Assistant

    • 2 Dental Assistants per provider

  • Treat patients primarily ages 3–21, with up to 30% adult population depending on location.

  • Manage an office flow of 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients daily.

  • Provide care to patients covered by state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.

  • Participate in mentoring, collaboration, and professional development opportunities.
