Total Care ABA is seeking a compassionate and experienced Qualified Autism Services Practitioner – Supervisor (QASP-S) to join our growing clinical team in Jacksonville, NC.

As a QASP-S, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism while providing supervision, guidance, and support to Behavior Technicians. You will work collaboratively with BCBAs, families, and clinical team members to ensure individualized treatment plans are implemented effectively and that each child receives the support they need to thrive.

What You'll Do
  • Provide ABA services and clinical support to children with autism
  • Supervise and support Behavior Technicians implementing ABA treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
  • Assist with implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide feedback and coaching to direct-care staff
  • Support caregiver training and family collaboration
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team to ensure quality services
  • Promote ethical and evidence-based ABA practices
What Total Care ABA requires from you:
  • Current Qualified Autism Services Practitioner – Supervisor (QASP-S) certification
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder
  • Experience supervising or mentoring Behavior Technicians
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical teams
  • Experience with parent/caregiver training
  • Experience with North Carolina Medicaid services
