Job description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who wants to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism and related developmental disabilities. As a Qualified Autism Services Practitioner (QASP) Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of caring professionals who are committed to providing the highest quality services to children and families.

Every day, you will have the opportunity to work with amazing children and their families, developing individualized treatment plans and overseeing the implementation of evidence-based interventions. You will use your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to impact the lives of the children you serve, helping them reach their full potential.


Our organization believes in a collaborative approach, working closely with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care. As a QASP supervisor, you will play a key role in building and maintaining these relationships, providing leadership and guidance to your team, and fostering a positive work environment where everyone can thrive.


Job Duties:

Supervise and mentor a team of technicians to ensure the highest quality of care for individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.

  1. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for clients.
  2. Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop appropriate treatment goals.
  3. Provide ongoing training and support to technicians to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
  4. Collaborate with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to treatment.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.
  7. Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices and new research in the field of autism and applied behavior analysis.
  8. Provide leadership and guidance to the BTS team to ensure a positive work environment and effective communication.


Qualifications:

  1. Supervise and mentor a team of technicians to ensure the highest quality of care for individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.
  2. QABA Board Certified.
  3. At least 2-3 years of experience providing direct services to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.
  4. At least 1-2 years of experience supervising and mentoring clinical staff.
  5. Strong clinical skills in behavior analysis and applied behavior analysis.
  6. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
