Su primera prensa, la América IV, fue clave en los primeros años difíciles. En 1979, la empresa logró un gran avance al obtener un contrato para imprimir la revista Newsweek, lo que impulsó su crecimiento. Con el tiempo, Quad Graphics evolucionó hasta convertirse en una empresa de marketing global, ofreciendo soluciones integrales para marcas como Adidas, Chevrolet, Toyota, por mencionar solo algunas su larga lista de clientes. En nuestra empresa buscamos a un Supervisor para integrarse a nuestro equipo y contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos organizacionales. Estamos en búsqueda de un Supervisor de Producción, el cual aprenderá de la mano de colaboradores distinguidos, con los cuales aprenderás procesos internos, controles de calidad que han llevado a Quad a ser una de las empresas más rentables de México en el giro de Artes gráficas.
RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE- Responsable de coordinar y supervisar las operaciones del área de impresión offset, asegurando el cumplimiento de los programas de producción, estándares de calidad, seguridad y productividad establecidos por la empresa.
- Elaborar el reporte de asistencia y tiempo extra en tiempo y forma
- Revisar el programa diario de producción
- Cumplir las normas y procedimientos de seguridad acorde a las áreas en las que labore y aquellas que existan
- Cumplir con la aplicación de las 6s y auditorias de seguridad.
- Comunicar expectativas, dar retroalimentación y resolver conflictos.
- Supervisar al personal de impresión, asignando tareas y verificando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad.
- Coordinar el flujo de trabajo en máquinas impresoras, asegurando el uso adecuado de materiales y recursos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de tiempos de entrega y estándares de calidad establecidos por la empresa.
- Licenciatura en Ingeniera Industrial o afín
- Experiencia en procesos de impresión offset.
- Conocimiento de maquinaria de impresión offset y control de calidad
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en puesto similar
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos
- Conocimiento en procesos de manufactura o producción
- Elaboración de reportes de producción
- Conocimientos de balanceo en líneas de producción
- Trabajo en equipo y desarrollo de equipo de producción
- Manejo de herramientas de control de mejora continua
- Habilidad de Análisis de datos.
