Job description

Overview
VTG is seeking Deputy Program Managers and Project Managers to support program execution coordination, subcontractor management, deliverable tracking, and schedule maintenance on the AN/SQQ-89(V) USW Systems Lifecycle Support program in Hampton Roads, VA.
What will you do?
  • Coordinate subcontractor performance tracking and action item resolution across the VTG team
  • Maintain master deliverable schedule and track status across all SOW task areas
  • Prepare and distribute QPR briefing packages, meeting agendas, and conference minutes
  • Support monthly financial reporting preparation and TI tracking invoice review
  • Manage personnel roster maintenance and on-call process documentation
  • Coordinate Government-directed meeting logistics including RMC Collaborations and PQS Workshops
  • Track and resolve program action items from QPRs, IPTs, and ILS Working Groups
  • Support transition planning and incumbent data transfer coordination at contract start
  • Assist PM in managing cost/schedule variance and preparing corrective action plans

Do you have what it takes?
  • Must have and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance
  • 5.5 to 15 years of DOD program coordination or project management experience
  • Experience managing schedules and action item registers in a NAVSEA or NAVAIR contract environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or related field required
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Subcontractor coordination experience on multi-company DOD contracts preferred

*Position contingent upon contract award*
VTG's estimated starting pay range is $90,000-$130,000 which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
