Audit & Compliance
- Plan and lead internal QMS audits across all brands and business units to assess compliance and effectiveness.
- Manage audit findings, corrective actions, and follow-up activities to ensure timely closure and sustained improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external QMS audits and certifications.
- Monitor and report on QMS performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other functions to integrate QMS requirements into business processes.
