Company
Pacific Beverage is a privately-owned business providing mechanical/technical service as a contracted agent for the Coca-Cola Company. We specialize in preventative maintenance at McDonalds under the direction of Coca-Cola. Pacific Beverage has been in business for over 35 years working primarily with Coca-Cola. For the last 30 years we have specialized in preventative service at McDonalds servicing soft drink, coffee, tea, orange juice and water filtration systems. We currently provide service across nine states.

Job Description
Who you are:
We are looking for a dedicated self-starter that can work autonomously with limited supervision. If you are mechanically-inclined, enjoy troubleshooting and solving problems, have a willingness to learn and a positive attitude, this just might be the position for you. No experience with beverage equipment? No problem. We provide training specific to our business. Our technicians take pride of ownership in their work as well as their customer relations. If you believe you have the skill set and temperament to identify and solve mechanical problems while working in an, at times, hectic environment this position just might be the right fit.

What you will do:

  • Complete numerous checks, adjustments and repairs to ensure drink quality and reduce down time due to equipment failure
  • Report repairs/adjustments via provided tablet/software
  • Communicate with fellow technicians, Pacific Beverage office, and customers in a welcoming and transparent manner
  • Comply with Coca-Cola protocol
  • Perform average of 10 calls per week with most calls averaging 4 hours in duration
  • Complete Coca-Cola's QMC audit with a passing score on each store visit

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 70 pounds of weight
  • Basic computer skills
  • Obtain and maintain QMC certiciation upon successful completion of training program
  • Work Location: On the road

Training
A 10-12 week training program is provided to ensure competency in call protocol and execution. Mechanically inclined individuals can be very successful without prior experience. Training takes place both within and outside the local market, working directly in the field alongside experienced technicians.

Compensation
Pay rate equivalent to wage of $60,000 per year.

This is a full-time position based out of greater San Antonio, TX. Pre-employment driving record check and background check are required. If you possess the background, skill, attitude and desire to grow with us please submit inquiries/resume to Caitlin.
