Your job duties are to follow written physician’s orders regarding prescription medication, correctly administer medication to patients, fill medication reminder boxes, and document things like the time and dosage whenever you give prescription or non-prescription drugs to a patient. State law governs your caregiver responsibilities in this role, and you must work under the supervision of a licensed medical professional.
